The Challenges

Live Performers and Event Service Providers market themselves through different channels. Not all suppliers exist on each channel and they are difficult to search for This leads to a poor customer experience/ choice & less exposure to their target audience for suppliers.

Due to Covid19 live events were on pause for more than 2 years. So many live performing artists went out of business and audiences lost their trust level. 

Booka will centralize all bookings for entertainment & event services by allowing these suppliers to market themselves in one platform. Customers can then search, sort and filter in this centralized platform to find the most relevant supplier and book instantly.

The Insights

We realized during our surveys that many performing communities are led by not so tech-savvy people. That’s why the performing community is very behind in the tech space with apps.

On the other hand the main target service providing audience (GenZ and Millennials) are very enthusiastic about Booka and they were confident that it will help their business.
